COGNITIVE MAP  SEMESTER 4  A cognitive map was prepared to organize and visually represent the key concepts from the +1 and +2 science textbooks. The selected topics included Gravitation from +1 Physics and Metallurgy from +2 Chemistry. The cognitive map highlighted major concepts, subtopics, formulas, processes, and interconnections, helping learners understand the logical flow of ideas, improve conceptual clarity, and enhance retention through structured visual learning +1 physics - Gravitation   + +2 Chemistry - Metallurgy  The preparation of a cognitive map based on topics from the +1 and +2 science textbooks—Gravitation in +1 Physics and Metallurgy in +2 Chemistry—enabled a deeper reflection on the structure and interrelationship of concepts. While mapping the ideas, emphasis was placed on identifying core principles, supporting concepts, and their logical connections. This process not only clarified my own understanding of the topics but also highlighted how vi...
